- Team established in 2017, with 20 volunteers across all areas of the business
- Green Team focus on 3 areas;
- Biodiversity on site – tree planting, introduction of bees, creating nature walks and paths for community groups to use and share
- Recognition and ideas – looking at ways to capture innovation and ideas from entire workforce
- Management systems – redesign internal audit programme
- Engagement programme ‘Devro Way’ which includes the targets for the green team
